NAMI Connection is a 60-minute weekly recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which group participants can learn from the experiences of other group members, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding. This is a peer support group run by individuals who live with mental illness who have received training in support group facilitation and the NAMI Connection model. These groups are confidential and open only to people diagnosed with a mental illness or psychiatric diagnosis
